Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy

  • Treatments can be cancelled or changed prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, with the deposit being carried over to a new scheduled appointment.

  • Arriving late may shorten your session however
    the full fee still applies.

  • Clients who arrive more than forty minutes late
    may forfeit the session and be considered a no show.

Packages

  • The Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy applies also to packages.

  • Packages are non refundable once purchased, including unused sessions and they are valid for the amount of months indicated.

These conditions operate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
