Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy
Arriving late may shorten your session however the full fee still applies.
Clients who arrive more than forty minutes late may forfeit the session and be considered a no show.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than forty eight hours notice will result in the session being forfeited.
These conditions operate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
